BUG FIXES

In addition to the specific bugs mentioned below, we have fixed some minor stability issues and other minor bugs

Significantly reduced the time it takes for OnTime to load large views. Large views could include 5 - 10.000 users or even more in the same view.
The selected value for the category is now saved correctly on repeated entries if changed for all instances ("Select all")
Fixed an issue where “All day” events would change to appointments after being edited.
Fixed an issue where editing an “All day” event could end up in the event being shown as spanning two days.
Fixed an issue where the legend colours could be missing after a restart of the application.
Wrong start date in the Business Card / Date list viewer on the right side.

Icon to remove a user from a group was missing.
Missing second (weeks starting on Mondays) Japanese language region, under Default settings. The second region introduced in the Desktop UI in 4.0 but missing in default settings.
