IMPROVEMENTS

OnTime Universal Free Time has now released enabling Domino users to lookup free time for Exchange users and vice versa

OnTime Universal Free Time aims at making it easy to schedule and book meetings with people within your organisation and companies your organisation works closely with, across the boundaries of Domino, Exchange and Office 365. Universal Free Time displays people’s availabilities and can be used as a part of Notes, Verse or in a web browser.

Universal Free Time makes it possible for your organisation to share a calendar overview with people, groups or companies, that shows when the user is busy, without letting them know the details of what the events in the calendar are. ONTIME WEB DESKTOP IN VERSE

• To make working with the browser-based Verse on Prem mail client we have added OnTime navigation points to the navigation bar. All the administrator needs to do is to install this from the "Install/Update" menu in the OnTime Configuration database.

ONTIME WEB MOBILE

• Added new direct URL´s to open the OnTime Mobile interface with either a set of users or a corporate or shared group in focus. To open with a set of users in focus please use this syntax https://domino01.acme.com/ontime/ontimegcclient.nsf/mobile?open&users=[“Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist vor Spambots geschützt! • The interface now shows "Offline" if the there is no data connections available

• The ability to leverage an alternate Domino based directory for inviting external participants has long been available in the OnTime Desktop interface. The alternate directory could, for example, be a CRM system. This ability is now also available in the Mobile interface. 

ONTIME POLLARITY

• It is now possible to change the subject of an existing / already saved poll

ONTIME SERVLET FOR EXCHANGE AND OFFICE 365 USERS IN HYBRID

• Microsoft has announced that as of October 13th. 2020 they will be retiring Basic Authentication from Office 365. With this version, we have added OAuth 2.0 for authentication and authorization to prepare for this. 

BUG FIXES

In addition to the specific issues mentioned below, we have fixed a number of minor stability issues

ONTIME MOBILE

•  Fixed an issue where tilting a mobile device using a chromium browser the width was not calculated correctly

Please note that starting with version 6.6 The legacy agent-based API has been fully retired. It is now required to run HTTP on the servers and use the servlets.
