ONTIME CONFIG
- Read entries details:" - "Show Chair" is a new setting, which allows organisations to control whether to display who the chair person of a meeting is. The setting is on by default.

- Fixed an issue where the name of the chairperson/organiser was malformed when booking on behalf of another person

- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to run the Exchange servlet on an OnTime Web only server
- Fixed an error where work hours were only shown on a single day if the Calendar profile document did not contain Date information. Backward compatibility issue.
