IMPROVEMENTS

ONTIME WEB CLIENT

• New improved cursor in the group views now works the same way as in the Single Person mode on MouseOver. This makes it mucheasier to change the length of an entry.

ONTIME API

• For restricted rooms it is now possible to differentiate between having access to invite a room and having access to create a room only reservation
• Added photo cache management with commands Status and Clear

ONTIME IBM NOTES CLIENT

• The users preferred type for "Default for new entries" as defined in the personal preferences is now set as default when creating new entries
• The "My Groups" panel is now selected as default when the client is loaded the first time

ONTIME CONFIG

• The license check threshhold warning mail is now sent every time the users part of the admin task is executed

ONTIME EXCHANGE SERVLET

• The servlet now allows for transferring a user from Domino to Exchange without have to wait 7 days - Both Settings and Private groups are moved to the new $ID

BUG FIXES

In addition to the specific bugs mentioned below, we have fixed a number of minor stability issues and other minor bugs.

ONTIME WEB CLIENT

• Fixed an issue where custom repeat dates could not be removed after they had been selected
• Fixed an issue that resulted in search for people / rooms / resources when creating new entries, not working with if Enterprise Scaling was enabled
• Improved the creation process of new shared groups so that new groups can both be edited and deleted without requiring a reload of the client

ONTIME IBM NOTES CLIENT

• The content of the fields location and subject was not updated if these fields were blanked out
• Fixed an issue where nested groups which were selected as favourites were not correctly loaded in the favourites section

ONTIME MOBILE

• Fixed an issue where text would be unreadable under Language / Region

ONTIME API

• Changed the API and config (global setting) to reflect that Photo cache can only be enabled when using the servlet
• Added support for embedded JPEG images in the photo cache

ONTIME CONFIG

• Fixed an issue on the Roles form, which did not flag a change in OoOs and Authors fields with the "need to run admin"
• Fixed an issue in the log database where the menus were missing
• Fixed an issue where the admin task would fail if there were multiple lines in the comments field of a user document in the Domino Directory
• Changed the API and config (global setting) to reflect that Photo cache can only be enablet when using the servlet

Please note: Support for OnTime Group Calendar API version 2 (APIVer=2) was removed in 4.5.0.
