Bug Fixes

OnTime IBM Notes Client

  • Fixed an error for multi appointments that created dublicate appointments for a person
  • Fixed an error that would crash the Notes client if the user selected the Today link in a modal dialogue box

OnTime Config

  • Fixed an API error that occurred in a clustered environment, when creating invitations and the host had failed over to another server. Before the change the API would always attempted to send notices from the hosts mailserver.
  • Fixed an overflow situation when trying to import more than 32.767 users into an external groups.
  • Fixed an issue where an OnTime view in the personal mail files got updated in each sync process when running multiple OnTime environments that synched the same mail file. The situation only occured if the OnTime environments were not at the same release level.

Bug Fixes

OnTime IBM Notes Client

  • Fixed an issue where rejections of meetings from the mail client sometimes created mal formatted notices
  • Name column could be dragged too wide and create an unrecoverable situation for the user
  • Cancellations were not displayed correctly in the notice panel
  • All notices are now displayed in the notice panel

OnTime IBM Notes TAAG Client

  • Fixed an issue where two days were displayed when the user clicked the "Today" button.

OnTime Web Client

  • Fixed an issue where rejections of meetings from the mail client sometimes created mal formatted notices

  • Fixed an issue where the generation of dynamic groups failed if there were more than 32.000 users in a single subgroup

  • Fixed an issue where incorrectly formatted ISO dates from the Notes calendar preferences, could cause the client to fault
  • Fixed a bug where reschedule notices were sent to invitees even if they had declined and not selected "Keep Informed"
  • Added an application setting to control that only people the user has at least "View Schedule Only" access to are presented to the user when creating an invitation. The setting is describe in the FAQ section on ontimesuite.com
  • Fixed the issue where the calendar entry dialogue box included an update button when editing entries for other users and only read access or view schedule access had been granted
  • Fixed an issue where notifications were not sent to the chair if someone else updated a meeting on their behalf
  • Fixed a situation where repeated meetings could not be deleted
  • Fixed an issue where the sort flag for external groups was not respected
  • Dimmed the create button if a user tries to create a repeated entry with more than 500 instances

  • Fixed the bug where reschedule notices were sent to invitees even if they had declined and not selected "Keep Informed"
  • Dimmed the create button if a user tries to create a repeated entry with more than 500 instances

  • Fixed issues where clients were trying to display groups that no longer existed.
  • Fixed an issue where incorrectly formatted ISO dates from the Notes calendar preferences, could cause the API to return a flawed result.
