Version 6.4 is Out Now! Transition from Graph & Introducing Share My Time

The latest release of OnTime, version 6.4, introduces full support for Microsoft Graph, marking an important milestone as Microsoft prepares to retire Exchange Web Services (EWS) in April 2027.

Over the past two years, OnTime has been steadily transitioning core functionality from EWS to Microsoft Graph. With version 6.4 OnTime fully supports Microsoft 365 functionality, providing improved security, scalability, and long-term compatibility with Microsoft's cloud roadmap.

Although Microsoft Graph already offers many advantages, we believe this is just the beginning. We expect the platform to become even more powerful over time, and we will continue to invest in Microsoft Graph to bring new capabilities and improvements to OnTime.

Organizations currently using EWS can continue to do so while planning their migration to Microsoft Graph at their own pace. However, to continue using EWS beyond August, some action will be required. To support customers through this process, we will host two webinars in August, providing step-by-step guidance to ensure your OnTime continues to run successfully. More information will be coming soon...

Version 6.4 also introduces Share My Time for all registered OnTime Group users. Share My Time enables users to securely share their availability with external parties through a simple, configurable link. This allows external users, such as customers and partners, to book meetings based on your availability without viewing your calendar details, eliminating the need for endless back-and-forth scheduling emails.

In addition, version 6.4 includes several usability improvements, such as enhanced user search capabilities, customisable business cards, manager visibility, searchable event lists, and new event management options in the OnTime Desktop client.

Upgrade today to experience these new updates in your own OnTime for Microsoft!
