The discussion around the cloud is beginning to shift. For years, the message was simply to move to the cloud. Today, more organisations are starting to ask what happens if they cannot.
Public institutions, large companies, and municipalities are increasingly thinking about Plan B, and some are even exploring moving away from cloud setups altogether.
Jens put it very simply:
sovereignty = independence. Not being stuck.
What I found interesting is that even people who say they’re “all-in on cloud” still want a fallback.
