OnTime was introduced to create an efficient overview internally - whether for vacations, attendance or for operational planning. Raiffeisenkasse Bruneck's top expectation from OnTime was the ability and flexibility to plan for employees seamlessly and easily. This was initially the basic reason of the collaboration.

Employee time is a valuable resource and OnTime helps to use it carefully. The goal is to allow the HR department to do exactly that. OnTime makes this possible by focusing on access levels. This not only helps manage and monitor calendar data, but also optimizes collaboration within the organization through the ability to create or activate automatic out-of-office messages on behalf of others in case of absence, for example.

If a client calls customer service and wants to communicate with the personal consultant in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment, he or she does not have to call again in case the consultant is out of the office or sick, for example.

OnTime ensures that internal planning always remains clear by sending an email with the details about the rescheduling to the employee concerned. This improves the efficiency of calendar management and ensures traceability.
