With secure access to your corporate network, a simple user interface, and the tools you need to find, add and delete contacts, arrange appointments or find a good time to talk, you can easily work when on the go.

If you urgently need a place for a meeting, you can search for available rooms and book them in seconds, allowing you to change plans spontaneously.
Creating meetings has never been easier, thanks to build-in conflict checking, room booking and features like find time. Invite, edit and delete with a few clicks and participants will be notified.
Search for a specific person, skill or department, and get a list of the people relevant to your search, allowing you to find the right people for the job.
Your organisation can easily create groups for departments, teams etc. to gain an overview in bigger organisations, allowing you to navigate around easily.
Create your own personal groups with temporary teams, projects etc. to easily plan with people from different departments of your organisation.
View a certain person’s calendar either by month or day, allowing you the focus you need, and find the specific information you need in no time.
Book appointments directly in another person’s calendar, edit the appointment or move the appointment around between people.
Click on your colleagues to access their business card, giving you their contact information within seconds.

To add OnTime Mobile to your Home Screen:
For iOS Users:
This process creates a web app icon on your home screen for easy access.
Yes, the automatic logout is controlled by a token timeout set by the OnTime administrator. This setting is in place for security reasons, but it can be adjusted based on your organisation’s needs and security policy.
The token timeout defines how long a user remains logged in without needing to reauthenticate. Once set, it applies to all users, on both desktop and mobile. This cannot be customised per user or platform.
By default, the token timeout is set to 7 days. This means that if no changes have been made, users will be logged out automatically after 7 days.
To change the timeout expiration dates, go to admin:
Admin > Global Settings > Frontend > Authentication Services > Token Expiry
From there, the setting can be adjusted to better match your organisation’s needs.

The configuration process for OnTime Mobile depends on where you are in the setup process.
License Key is required!
Before configuring OnTime Mobile, you’ll need a valid license key. If you haven’t gotten one yet, you can obtain a license key by contacting our sales team at sales@intravision.dk or by reaching out to one of our trusted OnTime partners.
