ONTIME DESKTOP

• Added new visible for feature to allow the admin to control which users will have "Pollarity" available in their user interface.
• New global shortcut "Alt + T" will bring current date in focus.
• Improved the filter for time zone selection. Example search for Europe, and it will provide a list of all time zones in Europe.
• New Submenu on the gear icon in the upper right corner includes Settings, Logout and About.
• The indicator for number of photos available in the Detail Viewer now only shows a number if more than one photo is available.
• The legend area now has wide colour bars which makes it easier to compare with the colours in the viewer.
• For the print function it is now possible to select display with legend colours.
• It is now possible to use contacts from Salesforce in searches of mail addresses.
• The event page as well as the detail hover now displays the creation date of an event.
• Internet Explorer (IE) 11 desktop application ended support for newer operating systems on June 15, 2022. In response we have removed support for IE 11 in OnTime Group Calendar.

1. The left navigation area has been uncluttered by a major redesign and the left navigation rail has been redesigned. Now when selecting for example groups, you have a much larger area to display and focus on your work with the groups. Additionally, we've introduced a new multi-date picker that enables you to effortlessly view your calendar several months ahead as well as a "today" button that takes you back to the current date, no matter where you are in the calendar.
2. We have simplified and updated the overall design and made it possible to zoom in on days, making it easier to focus on today's tasks.
3. It is now also possible to custom brand your calendar with logo and colour.

Branding makes it possible to control the background, text and border colour of the top navigation bar and further allows you to add a custom logo. You can control this for internal use which covers the Desktop client and for the external facing clients Pollarity. For the external facing client you can also add up to five links for the users from the branding area. Branding can either be controlled from "Global Frontend" at the organisational level or from each configuration of "Default Settings".

• An advanced date picker that displays your appointments but also visually represents your availability over a longer period has been added.

ONTIME POLLARITY

• New Pin code option for Pollarity allow the organisation or the individual user to require that a pin code is added to the individual poll. This pin code is controlled from global settings and can contain both letters and numbers. Without this pin code for the poll, external users will not be able to vote.

• Add setting to rooms in admin members - booking window.
• Added warning in top panel of admin, if opened with port 8080 and not on localhost. The warning says that "Caution: Opening the admin interface on port 8080 on your desktop is not recommended. From your desktop we recommend using HTTPS using port 8443".
• Configuration for the Room Display solution has been added.
• General improvements to remedy vulnerability risks.

• Added improvement to present single instance room and resource bookings immediately in the interface while awaiting the actual processing by M365.
• Added integration with Salesforce which allows OnTime to use Salesforce contacts.
• Added support for time zones when creating an Out of Office request. Additionally, we have rewritten all messages for requesters and approvers, including more detailed information to streamline the process.
• Apache Tomcat has been upgraded to version 10.1.15.
• Improved the photo sync logs to remove cluttering.
• Print function now allows users to select printing in colour.
• To facilitate especially adoption the "EXPORT USERS" function now includes information about how many days per month the user has logged in over the previous 12 months.
• Updated JDK to version 19.0.2.
• Updated Teams js lib to 2.9.1
