Improvements

ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT
  • Added new scheduler. The new scheduler helps users when they create new events and when they respond to invitations from other users.
  • Added Drag & Dop of invitees between required and optional.
  • Added calendar drill down for the chairperson of a poll to make it easier to make the final decision of time slot.
  • Added new copy event to new event with and without description from an existing event.
  • Double clicking on a username in the single user view panel now opens the business card for the user.
  • New option which allows an administrator to include a start date in a custom URL like
    https://ontime.example.com/ontimegcms/desktop?viewstart="2022-10-31"
  • Removed the option to only synchronise basic event details. Now all available details will always be synchronised.
  • The all new "Weekly Planner" allows anyone to get a helicopter view of fellow team members most important agenda details for any given week.
  • The invitee response area has been redesigned to better provide an overview of the responses from the invitees.
  • When creating, reading or rescheduling new thumbs up / down with colour codes for required / optional invitees makes it visually clearer who at the time is available.
MS TEAMS INTEGRATION
  • Added technical improvements to the ADFS login process.
  • Upgraded the OnTime Teams app to version 1.13. This version enables the Teams app support in Outlook and Microsoft 365.
ONTIME MOBILE
  • Added option to show working hours in the calendar view.
  • The divider between multiple days has been made easier to visible in the calendar view.
  • Added MS TEAMS Chat and Call buttons to the business card.
ONTIME VISITOR
  • Searching in the view for guests will now allow searches / filters which use combination of words such as Jim from Microsoft "Jim Microsoft"
ONTIME CATERING
  • Added multi select in the delivery view to allow for printing multiple Catering Delivery List in one work process.
  • Added multi select in the delivery view to allow for printing multiple Pick Lists in one work process
ONTIME ADMIN CLIENT
  •  Added action which allows the administrator to manage field values(capacity-floor-building) on multiple rooms/resources. The value will only be added if not already added from values in the Active Directory.
  • Added admin configuration for disabling Permission sync with EWS. When the EWS permissions are disabled OnTime will rely exclusively on OnTime roles for permissions.
  • Added Export statistics for download as CSV file for all members of the OnTime Calendar. Data currently includes: Name, E-mail, UserID, Average Queue Time, Average Sync Time, Last Queue Time, Last Sync Time, Max Queue Time, sMax Sync
  • Added functionality to resolve number of users a Domain configuration will result in.
  • Added functionality to resolve which users are in a selected directory group.
  • Added Hover Help (?) info on Roles.
  • Added improved check of API permissions when using Client Credentials

  • Until now the name format has not only shown the values relevant for each of three types People, Rooms and Equipment. This has now been aligned.Please note:
    From January 1, 2023 Microsoft has disabled basic authentication access for Exchange Web Services (EWS). Aligned with this OnTime Domains that are configured for the "Legacy Method(Basic)" has stopped working. Please select the Modern Method instead.
ONTIME BACKEND
  • Add Sensitivity to Legend configuration (same as under mark personal section)
  • Added a much more detailed logging for the permission sync if the EXTENDED logging is enabled.
  • Added admin configuration for disabling Permission sync with EWS. When the EWS permissions are disabled OnTime will rely exclusively on OnTime roles for permissions.

  • Added timeout setting for tokens generated using Mail authentication.
  • Added "Author" to the roles list. An author can act as an editor on all entries created by the author.
  • Issues with photo synchronisation can occur for many reasons and have often cluttered the log files and made actual problem hard to find. Photo sync issues now have a separate log file.
  • Re-read the license grant and number of users when restarting the application instead of having to restart the Tomcat
  • Tomcat upgraded to version 9.0.70.

Bug Fixes

In addition to the specific bugs mentioned below, we have fixed some minor stability issues and other minor bugs.

ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT
  • Automated reply now also works correctly for Exchange on-premises domains.
  • Contacts created from the Visitor module were missing in Pollarity name searches.
  • Fixed a html attachment error. It was possible to click while an upload of an attachment was still in progress.
  • Fixed an issue where display names were not correctly added to a poll if the contacts had been selected "My contacts".
  • Fixed an issue where events created on behalf of by someone else could not be edited. This could happen if the actual creator was no longer part of OnTime.
  • Fixed an issue where if start in specific group was selected, this group was not used in Teams
  • Fixed issues with the hover on private events in other people's calendars.
  • Fixed a regression error which resulted in that it was not possible to delete catering orders.
ONTIME MOBILE
  • Fixed an issue where if the approver of an Out of Office request was in a different time zone from the requester, the date would be wrong.
  • Fixed an error where it was not possible to view OoO request from the OnTime Mobile Client.
ONTIME VISITOR
  • Fixed issues for situations where the burger menu was not responding.
  • Fixed an issue where custom field names only allowed Latin characters.
ONTIME ADMIN CLIENT
  • Fixed an issue where a test for missing parameters under Client Credentials was missing.
  • Improved the error message if the proxy is down when testing connection.
  • Test database connection now works correctly for SQL Server with custom configuration.
ONTIME BACKEND
  • Fixed an issue where display names were incorrect when using "Add Voters"
  • Fixed selected edge cases in the synchronisation process.
  • Pollarity name search now shows correct results from the Exchange Directory both on-premises and from the Exchange Online directory
  • Subscription Status now only shows green if all domains are running correctly.
  • To fix an error on Permission sync, paging has been added for groups that includes more than 100 users
  • When searching for mail addresses in Pollarity Search now show Private Contacts correctly.
