IMPROVEMENTS

ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT

• Searching for people / rooms resources to invite for meetings or include in a poll has received several improvements.
  
  Except for the OnTime Calendar Users the OnTime administrator can configure whether the other directory sources should be available to the user. Number of search results per search source can also be defined. Searching by email address as an alternative to the name is now also supported. If they are available and the users does not want to use these additional sources, they can be deselected from the UI of Desktop client. 

• Meeting invites that have not been responded to, by default no longer displays detailed info such as e.g. (subject, location) to other users. The exception is if the user has editor access to the invitee's calendar.
• Top Panel: Added view settings on panel instead of in the in the drop-down menu.
• Building, floor and capacity has been added to the name format. This can then be used in both the views and on the business card as shown below

• Added extension attributes to the options for name formats
• New settings allow invitations for rooms that are reported busy / having conflicts to be sent anyway.
• Reminders can now be configured both when creating an entry and when responding to an invitation.
• It is now possible to search for users by values in extended attributes Search. This is limited to searches in the "All" category.
• Added new Calendar shortcut above the business card to quickly navigate to the user's calendar.

• OnTime now shows "Created by" information when the user hovers over a calendar entry for persons, rooms and equipment.
• Combined Rooms. Combined Rooms are logical entities that allow the user to search for the availability of a predefined set of rooms as shown below.

ONTIME POLLARITY

• Polls now show an update notification if there are updates to a poll the user is a member of. The actual update will be in the Stream area. The Notification will be visible by number in the icon bar to the left and by a red dot in the list of polls
• In the STREAM of a Pollarity Poll, it is now possible to click on the system generated messages to see more details.
• Name search ability like the one mentioned in the Desktop section has been added.
• Fixed an issue where it was not possible to accurately notify non-responders after a new time slot had been added to a poll.
• Pollarity contacts are now managed per individual user whereas before they were shared.

ONTIME WEB MOBILE

• A MS Teams online meeting can now be added when creating a new meeting.
• Alternate view sort also known as "Sort by Type" is now fully implemented.
• Resources are now sorted correctly by name.
• Rooms are now sorted correctly by name.
• Added option to select multiple people from a view and initiate an email based on the selection.

ONTIME CATERING

• This new version includes several improvements based on feedback from customers. The OnTime Catering module is the organisation's one-stop shop for managing catering within the organisation. ONTIME CATERING - MOBILE (Preview - Soon to release)

• On popular request we have added a new dedicated mobile interface to the OnTime Catering solution. The mobile interface and its functionality are targeted at the staff responsible for the actual delivery of catering in the different serving location. Please reach out for more information about this new functionality.

ONTIME VISITOR

• Added "Created" and time badges were Printed to the history information for each visitor
• When checking in or checking out visitors the system now shows both expected and actual Arrival and Departure time as appropriate.
• An option to update a visitor as a "No Show" has been added to remove visitors without ever checking them in.
• Bulk registration was not handled correctly when using Last name / First name versus First name / Last name format
• Added a search filter to the views

ONTIME ADMIN UI

• To assist OnTime administrators in understanding and managing user permissions we have added a new panel. 

• Building, floor and capacity has been added to the name format.
• Added capacity, floor and building to the alternative sorting list in default settings.
• Added extension attributes to the options for name formats.
• Form Based authentication is now default value for new installations
• Combined Rooms. Combined Rooms are logical entities that allow the user to search for the availability of a predefined set of rooms as shown below.

ONTIME BACKEND

• Updated Tomcat to version 8.5.66 

BUG FIXES

In addition to the specific bugs mentioned below, we have fixed some minor stability issues and other minor bugs.

ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT

• The Startup setting "Last selected group" was not returning the correct group during initial load of the browser.
• Fixed issues with the URL´s to open with a set of pre-selected users or a pre-selected group as in these examples https://otms.contoso.com/ontimegcms/desktop?users=["This email address is being protected from spambots. • Fixed an issue where the host was not marked as having accepted the meeting if the meeting was created by somebody else.
• Fixed an issue where the override option "Show Legend Colors" was not being honoured.

ONTIME POLLARITY

• Fixed an issue where it was not possible to accurately notify non responders after a new time slot had been added to a poll.

ONTIME VISITOR

• Fixed an issue where AM / PM were not included in the display of time in the views.

ONTIME ADMIN

• User Default Settings. Improved the UI experience and fixed some logical issues when configuring "Sort by Type".
