NEW FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS

ONTIME WEB CLIENT

  • Added personal views. This entirely new feature allows the users to bring their own or a colleague’s calendar in focus. The feature includes both a daily and a weakly view. Use the new switch in the top panel to toggle between group and personal mode. The perspective change is also available from the users Business Cards. The personal mode includes drag and drop of appointments, drag to create as well as copy appointments / meetings.
  • Added todays date to the date picker in the left panel
  • New info panel added at the top of the viewer to show current group or current user
  • Added transitions to give a more elegant user experience

  • Added support for communities based on directory groups

BUG FIXES

ONTIME IBM NOTES CLIENT

  • Fixed an issue with sorting of public groups when using alternate sorting.
  • Fixed an issue where users with editor access to a room could not reschedule a room only reservation
  • Token was not cached which resulted in a performance degradation in the client upstart process

ONTIME WEB CLIENT

  • Fixed an Internet Explorer 8 related problem when hovering over a calendar entry.
  • Fixed an issue where the body text of Out Of Office messages could not be edited

ONTIME MOBILE CLIENT

  • Fixed an issue when running enterprise scaling that prevented rooms to be added to invitations.

ONTIME FOR IBM CONNECTIONS

  • Connections users that are not configured in OnTime are now be ignored
  • Minor bug fixes

ONTIME API

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in users not appearing available in searches even if this was selected in one of the OnTime clients
