Previously, Geberit had been using Outlook for planning and scheduling within its sales teams, which are on average 10-40 people per team. However, Outlook showed to be inadequate in many areas. Therefore, Geberit decided to implement OnTime Group Calendar which meets many of their needs.

The top requirement for Geberit was vacation planning. Beforehand, Geberit had been using Excel print-outs, but these were often outdated and difficult to overview. In OnTime you can see long periods of time in one calendar view and even filter on specific Time-Off calendar entries such as vacation time, maternity leave and doctor's appointments. This allows users to easily gain an overview, coordinate employees’ vacation time, and take sudden changes into account.
