IMPROVEMENTS
ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT
- The design of the business card has been aligned across all modules of the solution. The new design includes the following improvements:
- MS TEAMS actions are now grouped on the left of the vertical line.
- Business card administration under front-end settings in the admin client
- You can now use extended attributes from M365 (Not with LDAP)
- Now possible to control whether Teams meeting should always be on from the settings.
- Add mail info to order/save calls for auto approve
- Collapse view - last saved setting. Teams should be individual for desktop
- Create Order without meeting
- Option to disregard working hours in poll search button. This allows globally working customers to see more available options.
- New Search User in top bar
- In version 4.0 we added the List View feature which allows users to search lists based on different criteria. We are now adding "Preset Searches". This allows users to save useful sets of predefined searches.
- The width of the left panel can now be saved on a per view basis.
ONTIME MS TEAMS DESKTOP
- OnTime can now be added to the top-level left navigation rail as seen above. Using this configuration does not preselect users from a specific MS TEAM.
- All Improvements mentioned under Desktop above.
ONTIME POLLARITY
- Option to disregard working hours in poll search button. This allows globally working customers to see more available options.
- Added option to Create and maintain personal groups from the mobile interface.
- When creating a new poll existing Pollarity contacts shows the display name.
ONTIME WEB MOBILE
- The layout and user friendliness of the OnTime Mobile has received a major overhaul in version 5.1.
- A menu has been added in the button to make it much easier to switch between the different modes:
- Home
- Polls
- New (+). Events, polls, mails, and Shared Desk bookings
- Out of Office
- Search
- The date and time picker has been modernised and made easier to use from a touch device.
- The design now better supports the never iPhone / iPads with more space in the bottom of the screen.
- A select icon has been added to supplement using long press when selecting people, rooms, and resources.
- "Help" has been added to the Main Menu which will launch OnTime Mobile YouTube videos.
- Show all "attached" user images when click avatar in Business Card.
- Show user access on Business card.
- The Main Menu items "About" & "Logout" has been moved into the Settings page.
- Added option to Create and maintain personal groups from the mobile interface.
- When creating a new poll existing Pollarity contacts shows the display name.

The meeting polls add-on OnTime Pollarity is now a full citizen in the mobile client. This allows the user to create and maintain polls when you are on the go.
ONTIME CATERING
- When a catering order is added the user now receives a mail confirmation.
- Added option to create/edit catering orders that are not linked to a meeting.
ONTIME VISITOR
- The preview visitor design has been overhauled.
- A Status dropdown has been added to the All Visitors view.
- Added meeting subject to visitor details.
- Modernised design for the business card as described above under Destop.
- Changed sort order in the Checked-out view.
- An export all view has been added.
ONTIME ADMIN UI
- Added business card administration under front-end settings in the admin client.
- Now possible to control whether Teams meeting should always be on from the default settings.
- Business card configuration has been added to under front-end settings.
- Field mapping has been added in domain settings. This means e.g., that an administrator can map the "Office Location" to "ExtensionAttribute2"
- Information about source domain for groups in a static group.
- Reorganised left panel items. Configurations starts from the top and moves downwards.
- Show popup where user can select list and decimal separator when exporting usage statistics.
- The time displayed for last sync now represents last successful sync and not last attempted sync.
- You can now use extended attributes from M365 (Not with LDAP)
ONTIME BACKEND
- The value for manager has been added when user information is synchronised using LDAP.
- Tomcat upgraded to version 9.0.58.
BUG FIXES
In addition to the specific bugs mentioned below, we have fixed some minor stability issues and other minor bugs.
ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT
- Invitees are now sorted correctly in invitee lists.
- Fixed an issue where the count of visitors would not be correct when an. event was copied.
- Fixed an issue where if a reminder is set to a value in Outlook, which is not available from OnTime, saving would fail.
- Fixed an issue where internal Pollarity users would be directed to the external voting page instead of the OnTime desktop for voting.
- Fixed an issue where not all users were not shown in the view after clearing a selection.
- Fixed an issue with bulk registering of visitors and this now also supports support for MAC.
- Fixed an issue where Out of Office events were not displayed in the OoO view if the selection was based on the content of the subject field.
ONTIME POLLARITY
- Fixed an issue where internal Pollarity users would be directed to the external voting page instead of the OnTime desktop for voting.
- Fixed an issue where the poll owner would receive a reminder for meetings where invitations had already been sent out.
ONTIME MOBILE
- Fixed an issue where the action for create a new poll was visible even though the installation did not have Pollarity licensed.
ONTIME FOR CATERING
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to switch between canteens on the mobile Catering Manager
- Added sum to order confirmation mail
ONTIME VISITOR
- Fixed an issue with bulk registering of visitors and this now also supports support for MAC.
ONTIME ADMIN UI
- Fixed an issue for dynamic groups where changes in the scope of Directory were not saved after the initial save.
- Fixed an error that would occur when running the Resolve action for a Linked AD Group.
- Fixed an issue where the domain source was not visible on directory groups in the roles area.
- Fixed an issue where the "Show Statistics" action under users would fail.
ONTIME BACKEND
- Fixed an issue for dynamic groups where changes in the scope of Directory were not saved after the initial save.
- Fixed an issue where Out Of Office events were not displayed in the OoO view if the selection was based on the content of the subject field.
- Fixed an issue which would not do a proper construction of the login URL if Custom method was selected.
- For Client Credentials (OAuth - Client Credentials domain) flow we fixed an issue for Permission Synchronisation. It could fail on check isPublicGroup and after the first error it skips processing all other users that are were not processed.
