IMPROVEMENTS
ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT
- Added option to upload and present multiple images for a Person / Room / Equipment or a Shared Desk.
- Added "Chat" button to initiate a chat directly from the OnTime UI both with single and multiple persons selected.
- Added "Meet Now" button to the action bar to allow users to create instant Teams Meetings both with single and multiple persons selected.
- Polls now show an update notification if there are updates to a poll the user is a member of. The actual update will be in the Stream area. The Notification will be visible by number in the icon bar to the left and by a red dot in the list of polls.

- Added option to track number of unique users per month. This will help the organisation track the adoption of OnTime.

- Fixed an issue where the subscription service could not recover from initial domain configuration issue without restart.

The fully integrated support for Shared Desks is our way to ensure that employees have an available workplace on the days that they want to go to the office. With OnTime, employees can book workplaces on their preferred days and keep an overview of when and at which desks co-workers are working.
The Shared Desks can be booked directly from both Teams and Mobile in addition to your OnTime Desktop client. Simply search or sort by location, building and floor to find your preferred desk and book it!

Find your colleagues in a Shared Desk environment. Get a complete overview of your workspace from the Group Calendar and see which desks are booked when and by whom. Easily locate colleagues and co-workers in the view and book desks for easier team collaboration. Avoid overcrowding, optimize office usage, and lower utility costs with OnTime Shared Desks now!
The new support for Shared Desks is included in the core license and only requires a core license for each shared desk.
