- Autodiscover user settings now supports when the recently added multi-geo setting is activated in Microsoft tenant. This previously failed during Subscription service startup.

- Fixed an issue where rooms without video equipment were include when searching for rooms with video equipment.
ONTIME MOBILE
- Fixed a software regression that resulted in the Mobile UI ending up in a halt situation when clicking on Polls.

IMPROVEMENTS
ONTIME MOBILE
- The new mobile prevents overload of the mobile UI groups by not allowing groups of 500 people has been disabled. Larger groups in previous versions could result in users experiencing performance issues.
ONTIME ADMIN CLIENT
- Export users has 12 new columns. Each column represents the number of days that the user logged in to OnTime during that particular month. As this is a new function and this data has not been collected at this level before, months that has the new data will show a number and for previous month there will be a TRUE / FALSE to show if the user logged in during that month. The data will then of get more detailed every month.
- Added option to remove photo for selected user
BUG FIXES
In addition to the specific issues mentioned below, we have fixed some minor stability issues.
ONTIME DESKTOP
- Fixed a defect where when doing conflict checking for all day events an additional day was added to the comparison.
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to drag all day event. After dragging it become a multi-day event.
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to drag an entry marked as Private.
ONTIME CATERING
- Added more details to the Order cancel email.
ONTIME ADMIN CLIENT
- The "Export users" action now export data for all users and not only 200 users. This was a degradation included when performance was increased in 5.4.3.
ONTIME BACKEND
- Fixed a missing rebuild of token on get graph Id for user in Graph calls which impacted photo syncronisation.

Major improvements to the Photo synchronization process to handle a number of situations and improve the logging of these.

To reduce risk of throttling a pause (100ms) has been added for every get photo by email request OnTime makes to EWS.

When using Graph OnTime now uses Graph id instead of by email to handle cases where there is a difference between email and upn.

Improve handling of the refresh token while photo synchronisation is running.

Changed get photo from two calls for different sizes of photos to one call and then resize in OnTime.

To reduce the possible impact of throttling issues, a sorting strategy has been implemented where photos for persons will be synchronised before photos for rooms, resources and shared desks. When synchronising persons the ones who do not yet have a photo will be synchronised first.

Added strategy to retry to get a photo with wait time after EWS return error - Try again later. After this a pause of 500 ms has been added.

- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to save the GLOBAL SETTINGS for Frontend when Pollarity was present in the license but the service had not been started. This was particularly important customers running trial versions.

- Added option to synchronise events for selected users from the Users view instead of having to run a complete synchronisation for all users. This could for example be used after a change of permissions.
- Controlling the setting for "Notify Organizer" when working on behalf of someone else has been made much more granular. From the default settings it is now possible to select between: "Default On", "Default Off", "Always On", Always Off".
- The number of available user licenses is now updated in the upper right corner when the when the Directory sync is done instead of having to reload the admin application.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) is no longer supported.
ONTIME BACKEND
- Implemented ADFS login for Outlook Add-In
- Implemented support for handling Autoreply when users have different upn and mail addresses.
- Orders created in Catering Manager can now be viewed but not edited from user interface in the desktop.
- The logging for situations where users have different upn and e-mail address is now grouped in a block at the end of the logging sequence. OnTime does support this scenario, but it is not recommended.
- Upgraded to Apache Tomcat Version 9.0.73.

In addition to the specific bugs mentioned below, we have fixed some minor stability issues and other minor bugs.
ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT
- Fixed an issue where the availability colour indicator in the meeting planner disappeared after selecting the week planner.
- Fixed and issue where the e-mail address was missing on visitor contacts in search results.
- When dragging to create a meeting the entry would show in green even if there was a collision. This was a regression introduced in 5.3.0.
ONTIME ADMIN CLIENT
- Changed the data type for "Floor" to integer as other data types would result in an error if requested by the OnTime API for 3rd party applications.
ONTIME BACKEND
- Fixed an edge case issue in the synchronisation process which would show up in the log as "getUpnsInSyncError".
- Fixed an error that prevented OnTime from running user synchronisation if the SQL db was named differently from the standard suggested name. This issue fixed a regression introduced in 5.2.1.
- Fixed an issue where the subscription would not automatically restart if the connection had been down for a long time.

ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT
- Added new scheduler. The new scheduler helps users when they create new events and when they respond to invitations from other users.
- Added Drag & Dop of invitees between required and optional.
- Added calendar drill down for the chairperson of a poll to make it easier to make the final decision of time slot.
- Added new copy event to new event with and without description from an existing event.
- Double clicking on a username in the single user view panel now opens the business card for the user.
- New option which allows an administrator to include a start date in a custom URL like https://ontime.example.com/ontimegcms/desktop?viewstart="2022-10-31"
- Removed the option to only synchronise basic event details. Now all available details will always be synchronised.
- The all new "Weekly Planner" allows anyone to get a helicopter view of fellow team members most important agenda details for any given week.
- The invitee response area has been redesigned to better provide an overview of the responses from the invitees.
- When creating, reading or rescheduling new thumbs up / down with colour codes for required / optional invitees makes it visually clearer who at the time is available.
MS TEAMS INTEGRATION
- Added technical improvements to the ADFS login process.
- Upgraded the OnTime Teams app to version 1.13. This version enables the Teams app support in Outlook and Microsoft 365.
ONTIME MOBILE
- Added option to show working hours in the calendar view.
- The divider between multiple days has been made easier to visible in the calendar view.
- Added MS TEAMS Chat and Call buttons to the business card.
ONTIME VISITOR
- Searching in the view for guests will now allow searches / filters which use combination of words such as Jim from Microsoft "Jim Microsoft"
ONTIME CATERING
- Added multi select in the delivery view to allow for printing multiple Catering Delivery List in one work process.
- Added multi select in the delivery view to allow for printing multiple Pick Lists in one work process
ONTIME ADMIN CLIENT
- Added action which allows the administrator to manage field values(capacity-floor-building) on multiple rooms/resources. The value will only be added if not already added from values in the Active Directory.
- Added admin configuration for disabling Permission sync with EWS. When the EWS permissions are disabled OnTime will rely exclusively on OnTime roles for permissions.
- Added Export statistics for download as CSV file for all members of the OnTime Calendar. Data currently includes: Name, E-mail, UserID, Average Queue Time, Average Sync Time, Last Queue Time, Last Sync Time, Max Queue Time, sMax Sync
- Added functionality to resolve number of users a Domain configuration will result in.
- Added functionality to resolve which users are in a selected directory group.

- Until now the name format has not only shown the values relevant for each of three types People, Rooms and Equipment. This has now been aligned.
Please note:
From January 1, 2023 Microsoft has disabled basic authentication access for Exchange Web Services (EWS). Aligned with this OnTime Domains that are configured for the "Legacy Method(Basic)" has stopped working. Please select the Modern Method instead.

ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT
- Automated reply now also works correctly for Exchange on-premises domains.
- Contacts created from the Visitor module were missing in Pollarity name searches.
- Fixed a html attachment error. It was possible to click while an upload of an attachment was still in progress.
- Fixed an issue where display names were not correctly added to a poll if the contacts had been selected "My contacts".
- Fixed an issue where events created on behalf of by someone else could not be edited. This could happen if the actual creator was no longer part of OnTime.
- Fixed an issue where if start in specific group was selected, this group was not used in Teams
- Fixed issues with the hover on private events in other people's calendars.
- Fixed a regression error which resulted in that it was not possible to delete catering orders.
ONTIME MOBILE
- Fixed an issue where if the approver of an Out of Office request was in a different time zone from the requester, the date would be wrong.
- Fixed an error where it was not possible to view OoO request from the OnTime Mobile Client.
ONTIME VISITOR
- Fixed issues for situations where the burger menu was not responding.
- Fixed an issue where custom field names only allowed Latin characters.
ONTIME ADMIN CLIENT
- Fixed an issue where a test for missing parameters under Client Credentials was missing.
- Improved the error message if the proxy is down when testing connection.
- Test database connection now works correctly for SQL Server with custom configuration.
ONTIME BACKEND
- Fixed an issue where display names were incorrect when using "Add Voters"
- Fixed selected edge cases in the synchronisation process.
- Pollarity name search now shows correct results from the Exchange Directory both on-premises and from the Exchange Online directory
- Subscription Status now only shows green if all domains are running correctly.
- To fix an error on Permission sync, paging has been added for groups that includes more than 100 users
- When searching for mail addresses in Pollarity Search now show Private Contacts correctly.

- Double click on notices from the viewer now correctly brings up the new invitation response page introduced in 5.2.0.

- The day view in the new invitation page was not showing conflicts correctly.

- Japanese texts on roles page were overlaying the Add/Remove button
- When working with "Mark as my personal" the sensitivity setting for "Private" was not visible in the settings upon reopening
ONTIME BACKEND
- Fixed an error that could happen when fetching Extension Attributes for users who had been removed from the AD. The error resulted in that the synchronization stopped, so members and groups were not updated

ONTIME DESKTOP CLIENT
- The meeting invitation response dialog has received a major overhaul and a detail viewer has been added.
- The "My Orders" section is now also available in the single person focused view.
- The Hover box for calendar entries now shows up to 255 chars.
- We have improved support for working with Resources across Rooms, Combined Rooms, and Equipment in several ways.
- For all types of Resources, OnTime will get as much information as possible from either the on-prem or the online AD.
- If a value cannot be fetched from the on-premises or the online AD, OnTime will allow the administrator to add it in from the OnTime admin client.
- If a value subsequently is configured in the on-premises or the online AD this value will replace the value which was manually configured.
- For Rooms OnTime supports Room Name, Location, Building, Floor, Capacity, and features (Video, Audio, Display, wheelchair accessible and tags).
- For Combined Rooms OnTime supports Combined Room Name, Location, Building, Floor, Capacity, and features (Video, Audio, Display, wheelchair accessible and tags).
- For Shared Desks OnTime supports Name, Location, Building, Floor, Capacity, and features (Video, Audio, Display, wheelchair accessible and tags).
- For Equipment OnTime supports Name, Location, Building, Floor, Capacity, and features (Video, Audio, Display, wheelchair accessible and tags)
Most values below have been synchronised with the on-prem or the online AD but the Tags and the Video Device Name can now be added manually by the OnTime admin.
- Support for setting Automated Replies
Microsoft 365 users can set up automatic replies for when they are out-of-office or unavailable to respond to email. With the feature OnTime now introduces users can configure this on behalf of others if they have been granted the new OnTime role ""Set automated replies on". Like all other roles this is configured from the OnTime admin client.
When the automated replies option has been enabled this is visible on the Business Card as shown below.
- Support for Skype for Business has been removed.
ONTIME POLLARITY
- Added number of attendees to external mobile interface.
ONTIME VISITOR
- Improved the registration process of new visitors so they are saved to the database instead of just stored temporarily during the registration process.
- Search now supports searching by company as well as name.
- Added option to create additional fields that will only be visible in the Visitor Manager.
- Added selection dates to all views
- Added settings for number of days to load initially. This is configurable per location.
ONTIME CATERING
- A mail is now sent to the organizer of a meeting when the Canteen creates an order.
ONTIME BACKEND
- Made log files easier to read and added more status information, the information now includes information about system being out of licenses.
- Upgraded Tomcat to 9.0.59

- Fixed an issue where TEAMS Chat and Meet Now buttons were not dimmed when no user had been selected.
- Fixed an edge situation where the user would be asked to save instead of Accept/Decline when responding to an invitation.
- If a shared group has been deleted, it is now correctly removed from shared groups without having to reload the client.
- Shared groups are now marked as favourite groups when created.
- Fixed an issue where Wheelchair Accessible was not respected in searches for rooms.
ONTIME POLLARITY
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to scroll in the stream of the mobile external interface.
ONTIME BACKEND
- For ADFS login where the OnTime token has expired, the old token is now removed before new login.
