Fixed an issue where all client interfaces failed to launch unless the OnTime installation had a licence key which included the OnTime Pollarity add-on. The effect of the issue was limited to not being able to load the interfaces.

Fixed an issue where it was not possible to delete a single instance of a repeated room only booking
