Added a setting to control when name dialogue boxes are prefilled with names or uses search (Enterprise scaling).

In addition to the specific issues mentioned below we have fixed a number of minor stability issues

Fixed an issue where selected people/rooms/resources were not carried over when moving between groups
Fixed an issue where it was not possible to navigate using the arrow keys after an entry had been deleted

Fixed an issue where opening a calendar entry where the location field was blank resulted in a runtime error. The fixed bug was introduced in 5.4.2
Fixed an issue where opening a business card on a room or resource resulted in a runtime error. The fixed bug was introduced in 5.4.2
Fixed an issue where "Find Free Time" was visible even if the sleected time slot exceeded the maximum allowed duration of 24 hours
