IMPROVEMENTS

ONTIME DESKTOP

  • A small timer to the right of the search box now shows time since last refresh of the Desktop UI.
  • For online meetings Repeat is now available when a static link is used opposed to a dynamic meeting specific link.
  • Swedish language support is now available again.
  • To make searching for available Rooms and Shared Desks, settings for Building and Floor can now be configured for each Room and Shared Desk. As these values do not exist in Domino in general, they must be added manually using the OnTime
  • NEW FEATURE - Added entirely new Out Of Office management as described below.
  • NEW FEATURE - Added entirely new Shared Desk functions as described below.

ONTIME MOBILE

  • Online meetings now show option for Join / Start
  • Rooms & Resources are now sorted by Alternate name if this is selected
  • Searching for people / rooms resources to invite for meetings has received several improvements. Searching for invitees can now include:
    • OnTime Calendar Users
    • Domino directories Users
    • Own contacts
    • Pollarity (if available)
    • Optional database source

ONTIME CONNECTIONS

  •  When used in full desktop mode from inside of HCL Connections the List View and Private views are now available as they would normally be in the Desktop.

ONTIME CATERING

  • Added new field "Employee ID" for Business Card and this is also used in the Export for the Catering module.

ONTIME CONFIG

  • What in previous versions was referred to as out of Office is now referred to as automatic replies.

 

BUG FIXES

In addition to the specific issues mentioned below, we have fixed some minor stability issues

ONTIME DESKTOP

  • Custom Fields on Room/Resource only booking was hidden when opening an existing entry where the custom field data was blank.
  • Fixed an error that would be thrown if scheduling a meeting and selecting a room for which the user had inadequate rights to book.
  • If using zoom link in body field the Zoom meeting is now always opened in a new tab.
  • The Custom Fields setting "Use In" was not working. Users would see custom fields regardless of this setting.
  • PDF Print now read fonts from the directory where they are extracted to (the directory of the servlet file), and not as before where the Config database was located.
  • Swedish language support is now available again.

ONTIME MOBILE

  • Fixed scrolling in the external voting stream for Pollarity voting.
  • Swedish language support is now available again.

ONTIME POLLARITY

  • Swedish language support is now available again.

ONTIME CONFIG

  • To make searching for available Rooms and Shared Desks, settings for Building and Floor can now be configured for each Room and Shared Desk. As these values do not exist in Domino in general, they must be added manually using the OnTime configuration db.
  • In server settings, a new Out of Office section replaces the former TimeOff section
  • New icons added to easily identify the type of entity person, room etc
  • New Out of Office section added to global settings.
  • User document - "Catering Enabled" is now part of "Visible for" which shows all optional features that can be enabled on a per user basis.
  • View "Users / Catering Enabled" has been changed to "Users / Visible for" and shows what is enabled for the user.

ONTIME BACKEND

  • Users ("randomly") removed from Private groups. This occurred when a user had been removed and the 7 days grace / soft delete period expired then other users could erroneously be removed as well.
  • PDF Print now read fonts from the directory where they are extracted to (the directory of the servlet file), and not as before where the Config database was located.
  • Fixed an issue which could result in "Error: Invalid PhotoKey <C>" during run of Servlet - Images.
  • License key updates are now auto updated (every minute) in the Servlet. Updating the license key no longer requires the user to restart the servlet.

  

Introducing OnTime Out of Office - Part of the Core license for OnTime

The Out of Office feature allows users to request and have selected types of Out of Office time approved by a selected manager.

Introducing OnTime Shared Desks - Part of the Core license for OnTime
