Simplified Meeting Planning in OnTime for Microsoft v. 3.7
For OnTime 2019 was a great year. It was full of educational events, connecting with new and existing customers and partners, improvements and expansions of OnTime’s functionalities and much more. This might be the reason why the user base increased with 26% for OnTime for Microsoft in general and 66% for OnTime Mobile for Microsoft.
So in order to finish off the year strong, we released a new version of OnTime for Microsoft, version 3.7. The New version has brought along many improvements and new features, and a big part of version 3.7 is a general improvement of the entire meeting planning process in order to make it even easier to create and manage meeting invitations.
With this version we introduce three major changes to the meeting planning process:
- Repeated Meetings. This means that you can now manage all your recurring meetings, whether you wish to create, edit or decline, without leaving OnTime. Here you have the choice to repeat meetings on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis, which supports most of the various patterns from Outlook Web Access and Outlook Desktop.
- Responses from Invitees. This allows users to easily view responses from invitees within the OnTime client when looking at the meeting details.
- Control Notification Panel. The OnTime administrator can now control how many days of invitations not responded to that will be visible in the desktop client. Thereby, you only have to deal with the information of importance to you.
More than simplification and optimisation of the meeting booking process, there has also been made improvements to our MS Teams integration, using of custom URL's for integration, and more, which you can read about in the Release Note for the Release:
