Bug Fixes

OnTime IBM Notes Client

  • Fixed an issue where rejections of meetings from the mail client sometimes created mal formatted notices
  • Name column could be dragged too wide and create an unrecoverable situation for the user
  • Cancellations were not displayed correctly in the notice panel
  • All notices are now displayed in the notice panel

OnTime IBM Notes TAAG Client

  • Fixed an issue where two days were displayed when the user clicked the "Today" button.

OnTime Web Client

Bug Fixes

OnTime IBM Notes Client

  • Fixed an issue where incorrectly formatted ISO dates from the Notes calendar preferences, could cause the client to fault
  • Fixed a bug where reschedule notices were sent to invitees even if they had declined and not selected "Keep Informed"
  • Added an application setting to control that only people the user has at least "View Schedule Only" access to are presented to the user when creating an invitation. The setting is describe in the FAQ section on ontimesuite.com
  • Fixed the issue where the calendar entry dialogue box included an update button when editing entries for other users and only read access or view schedule access had been granted
  • Fixed an issue where notifications were not sent to the chair if someone else updated a meeting on their behalf
  • Fixed a situation where repeated meetings could not be deleted
  • Fixed an issue where the sort flag for external groups was not respected
  • Dimmed the create button if a user tries to create a repeated entry with more than 500 instances

New features and improvements

OnTime IBM Notes Client

  • Display of office hours in the UI
  • Support for conflict checking based on office hours
  • Support for searching for available time based on office hours
  • New bar above the dates that visualises available slots for selected persons, rooms and resources
  • Support for customs fields. These fields, a maximum of nine, can be defined from the OnTime GC config database. Custom fields values are added to the entries in the personal calendar but requires change of the design in the personal calendar to display. The display of these fields on the calendar entry dialogue of the OnTime Notes client can collectively be controlled by application settings. These settings are described in the FAQ area here
  • Support for custom fields to stand alone room reservations
  • The calendar entry dialogue box has been improved and reorganized
  • Added scrolling to the calendar entry dialogue box
  • Ability to select "Keep informed" when declining
  • Ability to create and edit own standalone room reservations even for persons with only "View Schedule Access" to a room.

  • Ability to control use of dynamic groups by choosing who should be included and who should be excluded from using each set of dynamic groups that share the same root category.
  • Support for importing group specifications from IBM Domino databases outside of the OnTime GC system.
  • Ability to include calendar notices in the private section of "Mark as formulas". This allows organisations to hide the subjects of invitations / reschedules to all other persons than the one invited.

  • Fixed the bug where meetings were created with the wrong host in 4.0.4
  • Fixed the bug where private groups could not be deleted in version 4.0.4
  • Fixed some issues with the notify function for meetings

OnTime Web Client

  • Fixed some Internet Explorer 8 issues, especially for Japanese users
  • Fixed an issue with support for Internet Explorer 8 & 9, where room capacity was returned with wrong value if the capacity of the room was less than 10

OnTime Mobile Client

  • Fixed of number of minor issues
  • Fixed a region problem for Japanese users

OnTime Config

  • Fixed respect for settings in the calendar preferences for:
    • "Don't display calendar documents in the All Documents mail view"
    • "Don't display meeting invitations in the Sent mail view"
