UPDATE!
11. December 2015

We identified some issues which needed to be fixed. 4.4.2b is therefore now available for download. 4.4.2b fixes:

ONTIME WEB CLIENT

  • It was not possible to delete repeated room only reservations from the main dialogue
  • It was possible to select decline / update for a room in a regular meeting although that is not a feasible scenario

ONTIME IBM NOTES CLIENT

  • It was not possible for an invitee to update a meeting invitation with information such as location and category

The following was included in 4.4.2

IMPROVEMENTS

ONTIME IBM NOTES CLIENT

  • Added support for more than 9 custom fields.
  • Added a URL link detector to both the custom fields and the standard description field. This feature allows you to for example add links to meeting resources.
  • Last used legend set is now saved across sessions.
  • It is now configurable whether the client should start with the public or the favourites group area active.
  • Added rooms and resources to Multi Appointments.
  • Custom fields can now be targeted for specific users.

ONTIME WEB CLIENT

  • Removed Memo from the business card as this was redundant
  • Added support for custom fields.
  • Custom fields can now be targeted for specific users.

  • Added ability to launch the OnTime browser client with a predefined set of users or a public group selected.
  • The browser version has received a major overhaul in the groups area to support organisations with a large number of groups.
  • Added support for favourite persons when using the single person view. The current user is automatically added to the list of favourite persons.

ONTIME API

  • Added support for CORS

ONTIME CONFIG

  • Added a column that shows LastFullSync in the Calendard view.
  • The sync task now automatically detects whether OnTime search views can be added to the users mail files. If the views can not be added the slower search method is used for the synchronisation process. A column in the calendars view shows which method is used.
  • Added a new author role to control how rooms and especially restricted rooms can be used in OnTime.
  • Added blacklist for databases that can not be opened and indexed in clustered environments. This was primarily an issue with errors without consequence being occurring in the Domino log.
  • Updating of the servlet cache is now disabled while the admin task is running.
