What happens when selecting "Do you need catering/ room adjustments?" on a room reservation?
On editing a meeting with a room that offers flexible preparation-/clean up time you can select "Do you need catering/ room adjustments?". If this is selected on an existing meeting a "Save and Send" will send a reschedule notice to the room and any invitees added to the meeting.
View Invitee status on a Meeting created from the calendar does not show reply from Invitees.
This will happen when booking a room from the calendar that has preparation-/clean up time set to ALWAYS.
How does that affect the responses from invitees?:
When booking this type of room from the calendar, a back-end reschedule will happen extending the time frame of the room reservation. A regular reschedule made in the calendar changes the sequence number of the meeting and sends a reschedule notice to any invitees with this new sequence number. Since Meeting Manager creates a back-end reschedule and DOES NOT send a reschedule notice to all invitees, the calendar entry will have a sequence number higher than the response from invitees. Calendar features only look at responses with the same sequence number as the calendar entry, thus causing the response from invitees not to be visible in the "view invitee" fe
