My Meetings are not being purged - Why?

You have set up your Meeting Manager to Purge, but a lot of the meetings are still in the database.

  1. Check to see if you have setup Archive as well.
  2. If yes; what requirements do you have for
    • orders? Check status; if status of the order is not met, the meeting is not Archived or Purged
    • facility worksheets? Check status; if status of the worksheet is not met, the meeting is not Archived or Purged

If the above is not the issue, check to see if the documents are catering orders with no matching meeting...

  1. Are the documents not being archived catering orders
  2. If yes; do they have the field "MeetingDocId"
  3. If yes; remove the field from the documents (the documents will now be processed as simple catering orders)
