Manage resource by using the check in check out feature
To keep track of who has what and when you kan implement the Check in/Check out feature in Meeting Manager.
All booked resources have a corresponding facility document that by default is an active worksheet. These are available to you, if you have the role [Facility]. Once a resource has been "picked up", you check out the document in Meeting Manager. Once returned you check it back in. If a resource is not available for someone to pick up, you can in Meeting Manager locate who checked it out last.
