OnTime Group Calendar was created in 1998 by IntraVision, an IBM Premium Partner, specifically as an enhancement to the standard calendaring available from Lotus Notes. Since then, the product has been constantly developed as the user base has expanded, and today OnTime Group Calendar sits on 400,000 desktops globally.

It comprises a rich set of features to give administrators, users and management the ability to harness the power of IT to deliver improved performance and greater efficiencies.

Discovery Interface connects people and places quickly and intelligently. It is completely platform independent, and can be easily integrated with all Domino Directories and the OnTime Group Calendar for Lotus clients.

  • Want to get in touch? Just right-click on a colleague’s time bar to contact them immediately. Don’t let your service slide because you can’t find the person you’re looking for.
  • Need a new group? Simply select Private or Public to set one up and you’re in touch, instantly. It’s that easy.
  • Show or Hide? You decide what information you want to view and how you want to view it. So, whether you want to colour-code certain activities, view staff free time or only see the start time of an action, you decide.
